Hello Camp Kern Alumni!
My name is Jen Feltz and I am currently the Senior Program Director at
camp. One of my many exciting duties is to serve as the staff
liaison for the new Alumni Committee being developed. I wanted to
first just say Hello! and then to extend a few invitations to all of
you.
First of all, let me encourage you to come out to camp! We have a
lot of wonderful things going on and would love it if you would stop
by and let us tell you all about them and you can fill us in on the
great things that were happening when you were here! We realize that
camp is a special place to so many of you and we want to make sure
that you know you are always welcome!
Secondly, I would like to give you some information on an exciting
event coming up next month. Kim Richey, a Kern alumni many of you
may know, has agreed to do a show to benefit camp. She will be
performing at Gillies on Saturday, May 18 with show start time to be
announced. Tickets will be $25 per person or $50 per couple with a
VIP package available for $100. The package includes 2 tickets and a
reception with Kim-details to follow. All tickets can be purchased
through camp beginning the week of April 22. As we get more specific
information I will continue to update everyone through this list.
And finally, I want to invite everyone to join us for a great Kern
tradition: Strawberries and Ice Cream! This year's event will take
place on Wednesday, June 12. Again, I will pass more info on as we
get closer, but please mark the date and join us as we welcome the
2002 staff and reminisce a little!

stories and memories!
